Ares Aqua GAR-001E AEG M4 CQB Gel Blaster

ARES has continued with their innovation of AEGs with their newest generation of gel blaster design.

The Ares Aqua M4 features custom furniture and receiver styling from top to bottom. Starting at the rear, the collapsible CQB style stock that allows you to install a variety of battery types. Moving onward you will find ARES's unique Amoeba pistol grip that features a comfortable profile along with grip texture and a vented base plate to reduce the motor overheating.

The upper and lower receiver of the ARES AQUA M4 also features a unique design by adding curvature and further detail, giving it a more futuristic and high end look than the standard M4 receiver.

An enlarged magazine catch and improved straight trigger rounds out the lower receiver to not only increase ergonomics but aesthetics of the Gel Blaster as well.

The GAR-001E AEG employs a new handguard design to adapt modern shooting methods as well as lightweight modular rail system which allows a wide array of optional accessories such as lights, and lasers when you mount a rail kit.

The Improved 3rd generation Electronic Firing Control System (EFCS) can withstand around 30A firing current and provide better piston cycle position which ensures more steady firing speed and prolongs spring longevity.

Internally, the ARES AQUA Gel Blasters come straight from the box with high quality internals as well as the gearbox being compatible with the aftermarket ARES fire control unit (not included but will be available soon) for programmable burst fire as well.

The AMOEBA uses ARES's Electric Fire Control System so you can control your ARES Aqua Gel Blaster to fire in burst, semi ,and of course full auto.

Inside, a MOSFET has been installed so each and every single shot is even and consistent with one full rotation of the gears. Internally the AEG also features the high end ARES 18:1 metal gears and high strength polymer piston parts which are sure to maximize performance and durability.

The textured Amoeba grip houses a high-torque motor that performs beautifully with nearly any style of gelsoft build, which comes in handy due to the quick-change system.

Note about the E.F.C.S Gearbox: Currently the E.F.C.S Gearbox and MOSFET are programmed for 7.4v batteries ONLY. A programmable device will be available soon with the capacity to adjust the gearbox to 11v. Tactical Edge Hobbies will also be happy to offer free programming of the device at any of their store locations when they arrive. Please note that using a 11v battery while in 7.4v programming could potentially damage the device and void your warranty!

Charging Batteries

Do not leave batteries unattended whilst charging and take off charge when they have completed charging.

When charging the batteries, we recommend charging them between 1-4 hours.
When they are charging the light/s will flash and once it is fully charged, the light/s will turn a solid red or green.

Also once you start to hear the battery getting flat, please recharge it as running it flat can damage the cells.

 Soaking & Storage of Gels

When soaking the gels, they need to be soaked fully submerged in water from the tap for a minimum of 5-6 hours.

Once they have fully grown you can leave them in the water and keep them in or out of the refrigerator.

When you are ready to use them just drain of any excess water with a strainer before you feed them into the mag but do not dry them as they need to be lubricated to work properly.

You can store gel balls in a bucket of water with a lid for up to 3 months before they start to go super soft. We recommend if you do this to change the water every couple of weeks.

Do not upgrade any part of your toy gel blaster as this will void the warranty. Upgrades refer to pulling any of the blaster apart or opening it up, changing springs or upgrading the battery from 7.4v to an 11.v battery.
